Announcement of the Council of Ministers Regulation on Land Borders

The council of ministers has decided to convert the decision for the vehicles coming from both land and sea ports as this:

Decisions Number : E.S.(K-I) 1142-2021

1- The visitors who come to our country through the sea ports must have a third party insurance policy for their motor vehicle that is prepared at the sea port by a registered insurance company worker in accordance with the price list determined by the Turkish Cypriot Insurance association.

2- The visitors who came to our country through the land ports must have a third party insurance policy for their motor vehicle that is prepared at the land port by a registered insurance company worker in accordance with the price list determined by the Turkish Cypriot Insurance Association.
