The contracted health care providers within this policy are; Nicosia Private Capital Hospital, Near East University Medical Faculty Hospital, Dr. Suat Günsel Kyrenia University Hospital, and Cyprus Central Hospital.

Travel Health Insurance is valid in the countries you specify when taking out your insurance. When purchasing Travel Health Insurance, you must clearly state the information relating to the location(s) to which you will be traveling. In the event that you omit a country or place when drawing up the insurance contract and experience an accident in the omitted location(s), your insurance will not cover you. This is why you must pay extra attention to the information you provide.

Persons aged 65 and over can only be insured for incidents relating to accidents. Persons aged 81 and over are exempt from being insured.

Yes. Travel Health Insurance from Dağlı Insurance is valid for your visa application and is a required document when applying for a visa.

Personal Accident Insurance covers any loss due to the unexpected or sudden death or injury of the insured. The payment received from your insurance company depends on the death or injury compensation amount agreed to in the insurance contract.

Personal Accident Insurance is not obligatory. However, it could protect you and your loved ones against unexpected accidents at any given time.

Existing ailments or illnesses resulting from them do not qualify as an accident. Any attempt at committing suicide, or drug/alcohol/medication/substance abuse due to mental disorders are not categorized as an accident within this policy.

Situations where the insured knowingly puts themselves in potential danger, such as war, revolution, riots, uprising, and civil commotion relating to these, to commit or attempt to commit a crime or murder, participation in strikes, labour, and civil movements, fall outside of the policy coverage.

Emergency Health Insurance is not obligatory insurance. However, it could secure your treatment costs in an unexpected emergency situation, such as illnesses or accidents.

With the Emergency Health Insurance, all your treatment costs with contracted health care providers are covered if you were to find yourself in an emergency situation as specified by the World Health Organization.

The cost of prescribed medication used at home is not covered by Emergency Health Insurance. Physical therapy procedures, considered to be planned and rehabilitative treatments of injuries where there is no longer an emergency, are exempt from this policy.
