You may find the documents required when reporting damage below. You are required to report the damage as soon as possible from the moment it occurs. It is very important to file a damage report within the first 24 hours of its occurrence, especially when it comes to domestic residences/homes.
- Statement of the insured,
- Passport/National ID,
- Photographs of the damage,
- Insurance Policy,
- Surveyor Report (The surveyor is sent by Dağlı Insurance)
Apart from the required documents listed above, additional documents may be requested depending on the characteristics of each case.
When it comes to home damage, compensatory payments are made as soon as the surveyor report reaches Dağlı Insurance.
